    Hai Sriram!
I am working as a software engineer at one of the Japanese companies gone through your home page. It is quite interesting but I felt some deficiency. In almost all home pages I was seeing just information regarding hindi movies. Why dont you introduce INDIAN CULTURE and INDIAN ART(different dances and music)
I think that information will be a big high light for your home page. waiting for this information to be included when I visit your home page next time.
Any how I had nice time with your home page. Thank you.
    Friendly,
    K.ATCHUTARAO

Hi, Neat job on the Madhuri page. I'm expecting a few film magazines in the next few weeks. I'll try and mail you some Madhuri gif's from the mags. Quite heartening to note find a homepage like this. Can I have a link from my page to yours? I maintain a Kathy Ireland page myself. I think you can display smaller versions of the pictures in the main Madhuri page.
Congrats! Keep up the good work.
    Bye Srini.

Dear sriram, How are you doing, my name is Ricardo Abdoel and I am mailing from holland. I saw your page on Internet and that is why I write you. Just like you I am a great admirer of madhuri dixit, but he problem is that I can not find enough information about her private life, familie etc. I hope that you can send me some information about her and her family. I have tried for 6 years now, I evev went to India to see her but she is far too protected and I could not meet her. I hope to meet her ones in my life. I hope you understand my obsession for her. I really think that she is a special girl and i will try all i can to come close to her. I also try to find people who can bring me closer to madhuri. I have written her and her family for 6 years know and I sometimes try to call her home. But she is too busy to read my letters and to take them seriously. I read about your page in the times of india about the " mad about madhuri page" and I really hope that you can and will help me. Well I hope that you will answer me and that you can send me the information on madhuri. I don'T get all those magazines that you probably do get. It is really hard to find. I don't know how big fan you are, but I was wondering if you could help me with some information on Madhuri and her family. I am trying to write a book about her and I don't have enough info on her. So that is why I mail to everyone who is fan of Madhuri, and try to get some useful information from them. Here in Holland it is real hard to find info about her. So if you can help me I would appreciate it, Well I hope to hear from you.bye. All the best, bye

    Hello Sriram,
Great job on your Madhuri Dixit page. However, my sister - an intellectual property lawyer in New York City, informs me that what your actions in terms of putting up unauthorized photos of stars is a major violation of International Intellectual Property Laws. I just wanted you to be careful since you are currently residing in the US, your actions are prosecutable under US laws. Probably nothing will ever happen but, you never know!!! Try to contact Ms. Dixit's publicists and get a written consent. That will absolve you of any future legal actions that she may try to bring against you. She probably loves having a page on the internet but, you know stars....somebody might prod her along in the name of money. A friendly advice from New York City. Don't worry....you won't be sued or anything like that. I just wanted you to be aware of some of the implications of running a Madhuri Dixit page. You should put a line stating the following at the bottom of the page..."This page is not associated to or endorsed by Madhuri Dixit or any other person associated with her." As long as you donot charge to view your page, there is no chance of any kind of law suits. My sister informed me of that. You simply cannnot profit from Madhuri Dixit's appearance on your web page without her consent.
Hey...more power to you dude. I am going to keep checking your great page on a regular basis.
    Make those Fords better....

Dear sir, Vanakam and namaskaram. i visited your page. it was wonderful. i found from your home page that you grew up in Tamil Nadu.i just wanted to know that while you were there, had you ever had of anybody with a surname Padayachi. my grandfather came from tamil nadu to fiji. so iam a fijian indian. my family is still in Tamil Nadu ( my grandpa's family ) and iam trying to locate them. when my father had gone to India for studies in about 1970's he had visited them, but because of communication breakdown we lost contact of them. i still have one address of my dada but iam not sure whether they are still there or not. V. Subbaraya Padayachi, Velangipattu, Monikkollai, Chidambaram, R.M.S. India. The saddest thing is i don't have the postal address. Please if you could help me by directing me on what i should do. I would really appreciate it. at present iam doing BAIM in librarianship and information systems at uni. of Canberra ,australia. Hope to hear from you soon. Radhika.
  16. DinRao@aol.com  Sun, 14 Jul 1996
Dear Sriram First of all, She is NOT YOUR Madhuri. You probably think that Hum Aap Ke Hai Kaun was a great movie. I know it sucked!! There is no plot, no conflict, not enough comedy. It is boring as hell, like everyday life. And, it had too many damn songs. They are not even 1/10th as good as the songs in Raja. Songs should not be in movies. They are to be heard, not seen wasting valuable screen time and film. True, Madhuri is a babe. But she ain't yours. Sorry if this e-mail offended you. But try to put some gossip and news about Madhuri on this page next time. Sincerely, "Reality"

    Hi Sriram,
Enjoyed your Madhuri Dixit page. Particularly liked your video.
However, you have an error in your descriptions. The photo labelled "from a Gujju mag" is actually from a Bengali magazine. It appears to be the cover from the Puja annual of Anandalok of some year.
    Regards, Dinkar

Dear Webmaster: Congratulations on maintaining a great India related web site. My company is in the process of starting a network of the many India related web sites on the Internet. This network would not be like a directory or a search engine such as Yahoo or Infoseek. It would be a banner exchange service where web sites and products are advertised on the different web sites within the network. It would also give sponsors interested in reaching an Indian audience, a central organization from which they can promote their products and services. Currently we are doing surveys of different web sites that we would like to be a part of the network. Please respond and let me know if you are interested in joining, or if not please let me know why. Finally, please feel free to email me with additional questions or ideas you may have. There will be no fee to join the network. Sincerely, Tarang Patel tarang@inetdirect.net

Stumbled upon your "Mad 'Bout Madhuri" page while doing an internet search on "Hum Aapke Hain Koun"! I was quite interested to read the news about the upcoming Hollywood movie (The Dicing) staring Madhuri and Tom Cruise. Do you have any information about when it might be released? (I'm eagerly awaiting!)
Many thanks for a delightful and informative page. Ellen

Hello Sri(I believe that is your nick name. A wild guess) ;) I have gone through almost the whole of your page. Each and every section of it, and for all I can say is that, "It is the best page I've ever browsed." The "choli" video is rather impressive. Also, all the information about your school and college is amazing. I wonder if you sat down and wrote it all by yourself or surfed on the net for it? Your bookmarks amazed me too. You do have a good collection. Actually, come to think about it, our tastes are quite similar. I wouls really like to know you better. Please do write to me if possible, and I really really hope that you are single, and not seeing anybody. It'd be bad to loose such a handsome man for a friend just because of the "Girlfriends get upset!" policy ;). Hopefully, I'll hear from you soon, lover boy (No offense! That was a compliment, after all you are crazy for Madhuri if I am not mistaken). Ciao, Take Care, and keep yourself busy working on such a wonderful page

Akasian: The Asian Occasion Dear Sriram Ganapathy: Your Homepages are among the interesting Asian homepages. We've scoured the Net for the most interesting Asian homepages and we've come to the following conclusions:
Pochacco, Pekkle, Keroppi and a few cameo appearances by Hello Kitty are alive and well dominating the cartoon characters of many Asian homepages despite some attempts for a call to a Pochacco resistance that ended miserably; Calvin & Hobbes dancing away happily and among other things; Dogbert the preferred character to represent the Dibert comic strip; an interesting page that started with a DOS prompt; a tribute to the Mona Lisa with the author of the homepage face superimposed; a dedication to broccoli; quite a number of the cool-sunglasses-wearing-red-dot 7-Up characters; an interesting quote saying that one of the most stupidest things in life are cats being stuck in trees; Butt Sniffers? enough said; a great page with instructions on how to make a Macquarium; an interview with a cat named Dooboo; a page lecturing on the positive points of 3anti-ism2; a page against a head-butting Danny; an image of someone's toenails; and a land called YoonieLand. Also, for those of you who used flashing screens with varying colors on the homepages, thank you, we're blind now. :P There were quite a number of those. But one of the things that we encountered when scouring the homepages of Asians: Chinese, Koreans, Japanese, Filipinos and others was that there was tremendous Asian pride. A great number of you showed creativity and wonderful images. So why are we writing to you? We'd like to invite you to "Akasian: The Asian Occasion," a brand new Asian website on the Net that's aimed at promoting Asian Awareness in America and we're looking for people who share this goal as well. We also invite you to share your homepages by submitting your homepage on our site. You can submit your site in real time so that it's immediately available for other members to see. There are discussion groups from 3Asian Matters2 to 3Seduction2 and a collection of links for you to explore. There's even a place for you to submit your resume if you have one as we are currently working with employers*. Akasian has a lot more in store and we hope you take the time to visit and make 3Akasian: The Asian Occasion2 for you. Exploring Asian Awarenss cannot be achieved without you. We're also asking our members to submit images with Chinese, Korean, Japanese themes. Other ethnicities welcomed.

I would like to introduce myself as Rajesh. I happened to visit your webpage and it was very nostalgic of my school days, especially to see the Jawahar Vidhyalaya page, as I spent my initial years of education (about 4 years) in Jawahar Vidhyalaya. I studied there long back (LKG - 2nd Standard). The memories of a small zoo in the school, the pranks I did (like going straight to 2nd standard on the very first day of my school when every body was searching for me) are still fresh, though I hardly rememeber the whereabouts of any of my friends. Those were the best childhood days. I studied later in TVS Lakshmi, Madurai. My parents live in Mahadevan Street, West Mambalam, pretty close to Ashok Nagar. I work for CBS Inc. in Sacramento, CA. I still remember Roopa teacher very well :-) Great Job!!!

Sriram, I'm a businessman located in Gig Harbor, Washington, USA just across Puget Sound from Tacoma with a beautiful view of mount Rainier. I 'm an independent distributor with business here in the US and in the Philippines with the backing of Amway, a $6.8 Billion international corporation which specializes in distribution of products. I am also a member of World Wide Dreambuilders, an association of highly successful business owners who help each other build successful businesses with operations throughout the globe. Amway has just entered the Philippine market and is preparing to enter the India market in 1998.
I am currently seeking business associates and other contacts for the opening of the Indian market. I have contacted you because, although you are currently located in the US, you have a conection with India and have a vastly superior understanding of how business operates in India than I do. You possess the intimate knowledge of India's transportation infrastructure, communications capabilities, and diverse culture that are necessary to make a new distribution business a success. Your knowledge combined with Amway's 38 years of distribution experience and the proven business practices, training, and counsel of World Wide Dreambuilders could be the formula for your success and financial freedom.
I may be able to offer you a business opportunity which doesn't require much experience. You can't spend any money or sign anything as you investigate this business nor can I promise you anything; I don't know all your qualifications. I can give you more information via E-mail and continue a dialogue if you wish. If you are not interested I would greatly appreciate referrals to any of your business minded colleagues who may be looking for a good business opportunity. :-)

Hi there! This site is really great-all you need to know about MD.But there is one problem, there are 100 odd pictures well over 6 MB. Couldn't you please a software-perhaps-winzip to cramp all the files into smaller size so that it is easier to download. May be if that is not possible, perhaps you could have 10 pages with 10 pictures on each page. Right now it takes at least 30 min to get the page with in line photos.

Dear Sriram Ganapathy: Trust things are fine with you. Your homepage is very impressive and glad to see that you are doing wonderful work for Ford. I thought of sharing a business with you to generate a substancial RESIDUAL income for rest of your life. I thought of approaching you, as the potential is huge and I believe you may be the right choice in being a part of the team. The business has shown good profit potential and I am in the process of looking for a few sharp people to expand with. We are fully capitalized, so we are not looking for your money, we are just looking for the right person to work with. It banks on the concept of TIME LEVERAGING and RESIDUAL INCOME. Trust you are open minded when it comes to increasing your income on the side without disturbing your current activities. I strongly believe that you would like to know more about this, as the potential for growth is very high. There would be no commitment on either side as of now. Take care and have a wonderful time. I was just wondering if there is some way you could get the teachers to write a little something on the homepage... I mean, it would be a rewarding experience for them to feel that their classes were enjoyed and they are still remembered. Also, I was wondering if we could get the group photos on the same page(I could help you with some photos(farewell snaps, class of '90), but my group photos are back home in India)
    Thanks again, Sundaram Rajagopalan

I was browsing my bookmarks and came across your site. While poking about, I noted you have a thing for Ms. Madhuri.
I also noted that your image collections have several problems. This email is meant entirely as a creative critique with recommendations on how you can improve things for your visitors. It is not intended to be critical of your site.
    1. You're not using THUMBNAILS of the images, but rather HTML-reduced links -- people viewing any one of your Mad pages are subject to downloading several hundred kilobytes of data just to view the index page. This is less noticeable when you view them locally, perhaps off of your HD or an ethernet network. Try it over a 56K link, and you'll see how slow it becomes.
    2. You scale all images to fit within the same cel size as a square, rather than as a aspect-correct reduction. What does this mean? Well, depending on the original aspect of the image, (tall+thin for example), you strech it different ways, producing unflattering images (short+fat). If you're going to HTML-reduce the images, do so with correct aspect ratios. It takes a bit more work, but it produces a much more appealing result.
    3. Many of the images are hazy (overexposed or underdeveloped). A minute or so with each image in a photoediting package (such as PhotoShop) can dramatically improve these images. I've included with this message five such images. I realize that images from different sources will have different characteristics, but a little work on your part can go a long way towards fixing the various problems in the source images.
    4. Not all of your images are in JPG format, wherein you can take advantage of the higher colour density of the format, and also the better compression. In just the five Images I've processed, the size went from 288k to 161k, while at the same time, the image quality has been improved for all images.
Take a look at the included images (all are progressive JPGs. I could have saved them as standard JPGs at a cost of about an additional 1-2K per image, but since this is supposed to be an example of the quality difference, I provided them in progressive).

Dear Sir, Bollywood Central [http://www.tcreng.com/bollywood/] is a project designed to have an unified voice of all fans of Bollywood. Programs are being worked out with several actors and movie houses to display their stuff on this site. An Indian movie producer will find it easier to reach his target audience if they are all united.
So what does united mean? Right. It is an association of all web designers who create magic on Bollywood. Contend, pictures, music, sometimes official, sometimes not. Doesn't matter, which way you look at it but it helps us provide a meaning to bollywood designing [cliche term]
Awards will also come in to judge these sites, by top industry people. Also in a few days we will launch the member pages. Members also get prominent link displays on the site. So, can we get a link from your site to ours. We have already give already given your site a link from Bollywood Central.
Visit us and let us know if we are worthy of having a link on your site.

I'd like to say thank you for all my friends who got the mulit-entry H1 under the page's instructions (I didn't try yet even I point to it for my friends). Now, I got emergency need for the H-1. But it looks it will take at least a month to get it. I'v got two questions. It'd be great help if you have any information about it. 1. If the the visa is rejected, can I reenter the US? It says yes on the page. I just make sure of it. and, how? 2. I might have to go back China 'cause I can't wait. Do you heard anybody can't come back from home country bacause of he can't get H-1 visa, say, India? Again, if visa rejected, can he come back? hi, friend, sorry for bothering you for these questions. As a forigener, there are too many things we have to worry about. Thank you again!

What's up Desi? Hey man, I love your site, it is so cool. I would give your Madhuri site the best Madhuri Dixit site in all of the other sites. There was the great pictures and the articles, but the main thing that captured my attentition was the "titbits" in "MAM in Tables". I loved it first because it had the one and only nude Madhuri Dixit picture of life and the jokes about Madhuri Dixit marrying Bill Gates. I would like youto find from many bollywood sites, the nude pictures of any Indian Bollywood Actress, especially Madhuri Dixit. I was really amazed that she has posed for a nude picture, SO I will say it again, FIND MORE PICTURES THAT SATISFIES THE CROWD. I love your site.

Hi Sriram, Glad to see someone has finally taken the intiative to maintain a webpage for JV (or it might just be that the page has been here all along and I never took the initiative to look for it). In any case, I'm glad. I am also disappointed that the Class of 91, of which I am a part of, is so conspicuous by its absence. I guess the burden is now mine to contribute to putting us up there. I will write up a brief narrative and email it to you by monday. Thanks Vijay

Hi Sriram, Your Mad About Madhuri Page is really a good collection of Mahduri's photographs. You also have given choice to select from the mult-frame veiw and with description selection option. Congratulations! Your page:  http://www.students.eng.wayne.edu/~sg3/madhuri.html   has been selected to receive a Links2Go Key Resource award in the Actors topic! The Links2Go Key Resource award is both exclusive and objective. Fewer than one page in one thousand will ever be selected for inclusion. Further, unlike most awards that rely on the subjective opinion of "experts," many of whom have only looked at tens or hundreds of thousands of pages in bestowing their awards, the Links2Go Key Resource award is completely objective and is based on an analysis of millions of web pages. During the course of our analysis, we identify which links are most representative of each of the thousands of topics in Links2Go, based on how actual page authors, like yourself, index and organize links on their pages. In fact, the Key Resource award is so exclusive, even we don't qualify for it (yet ;)! Please visit:  http://www.links2go.com/award/Actors   to find out more about this award, and to download graphics if you wish to display this award on your page. Once again, congratulations on your award! Links2Go Awards  awards@links2go.com
P.S. If you are not the author or maintainer of this page, please accept our appologies. We would appreciate it if you would forward this email to the appropriate person.

I am a sincere Buddhist and Yoga practicer ,I usually travel with my friends all over the world ,It's very difficult to find those food. I hope you can understand and propogate those sentient food for more information : http://www.anandamarga.org under there is publication, you can find some related information. Shamita Wu from TaiWan

  162. Senthil Govindan (senthil@U.Arizona.EDU ) 1 Mar 1999
I'm Senthil. Weird beginning, I know, but after the way I found your page, I guess that's one of the more sane ways to introduce myself. I was looking for an Indian 11 wallpaper, and ran a search on Hotbot with the search topic being "indian cricket team wallpaper" and your page appeared in the 21st-30th hits category. (Don't ask me why I going through the 20+ range - the fact that I have a midterm tomorrow might have something to do with it). Anyway, before you wonder why I am mailing you, the name Annamalai U after your page title caught my eye, and a brief glance at your page confirmed that you are indeed a fellow Annamalai graduate. Come to think of it, ok - that might not be grounds enough to litter your mailbox, but the sheer coincidence of finding a fellow Instru guy in such a manner, even if seperated by 3 years(I graduated in 97) seemed to warrant a mail. Send a mail if you are free, and we could compare notes on the dept. - was MCV as much of a terror during your stay as during mine is, for instance, one of the things I wanted to find out. Take care, Senthil

First of all I want to say that this is the best web page based on Madhuri S. Dixit that I have seen and I'm really into Madhuri I'm not Indian at all but one day I was flipping through the channels when I was 12 and I see this girl dancing at the time I didnt know this but now I do she was dancing to "Cholikee Piiche Kya Hai"? I hope I spelled that right and well ever since then I have been into Desi movies, songs, and magazines I think that despite her age she knows what shes doing and she doesnt need to show so much skin like other actresses just to get attention all she needs is to smile, dance and most important act for me even if she doesn't know I exist or my backround isn't Indian I think she is an actress that is the most Beautiful, and talented around now in the 90's and no matter what I know she believes in herself and she stays true. Some People in the Bollywood hindustry need to learn that perhaps some forgot that... =) Well thank you for having time to read this and once again keep up the good work if you need more pictures e-mail me and I can send you some anything to show her cute smile. Sinceraly, Giuliana Arata

I have visited your Madhuri Dixit Page of yours. It is simply fantastic...  There seems to be some confusion about her birthday.  In the Profile, it says it is on 15th May. But in one of the Interviews of Madhuri it says it is on 21st May. Please correct the same...  But this site is really very nice... I have enjoyed it.  I hope all fans of Madhuri will do the same...
    A Madhuri Dixit Fan...

Dear Webmaster/Web-site adminstrator, I visited your web-site and was glad to find out that you are a web-master like me. I am glad to introduce myself as webmaster from Singapore. I just completed designing a web-site and I am in the process of marketing it. Since your site is a well established web-site, I would like to place a banner in your web-site. If you are interested please inform me of the charges.  I will definitely take up your banner space if the price is affordable for me. Moreover, we are forming a International Webmasters Organisation. Singapore is a place where all businesses would like to go on-line. If you could register with us. We could recommend your services to them.  Please visit my site to register and find out more about us. http://www.singapore-net.com.sg  Meanwhile for searching for ways to increase the number of hits I found a new way of increasing the number of hits to web-site. You could get up to 20,000 hits per day. We have a group of local advertisers willing to advertise in International web-sites like yours. Please visit my web-site and please review my web-site. I look forward to get reviews and comments from a experienced webmaster like you.

Hi, I've been looking all over for the song from the movie "Khal nayak" starring Madhuri Dixit and I saw your page at http://jewel.eng.wayne.edu/~sg3/madmovies.html and I was wondering if you could point me in the right direction as to where I could find a copy of the song "cholee ke peeche kyaa hai" in a digital format. i've looked everywhere! thanks for your time, Orlando Vazquez
